This software platform measures the products and produces analysis to make the required maintenance predictable and therefore plannable. Our aim is to make maintenance 100% predictable. This will significantly improve the customer’s experience and large cost savings will be achieved within your service organisation.
The connected/platform contains:
Gateway functionalities to various IoT networks, including the LoRa network. This gateway ensures connectivity between your product and the connected/platform.
A very high level of security. All data is protected by ways of end-to-end encryption. The connected/platform is operating in a secured private cloud environment.
Various big data & analysis modules. These modules generate predictable values and the perfect service requirement is mapped out. These modules also provide the principles for the production innovation.
Various open API’s for the integration with back-end (CRM/ERP) environments. Therefore, we can also deliver the data and alerts generated by the connected/platform to your core CRM/ERP systems.
A special website. The connected/platform is aimed at various users who all have their own information requirement. These users can log in on the website containing information that is concentrated on their needs.
Various mobile applications. The connected/platform is aimed at various users who all have their own information requirement. Mobile apps are available for all these users whereby users always have easy access to specific information.
Notification engines for mail and mobile push notifications. A notification engine is developed to send out notifications for preventive and corrective maintenance for example. This engine sends e-mails, push notifications for mobile applications and XML notification.
End-to-end integration. The connected/platform is optimised for the communication with electronics via low power and long range IoT networks such as LoRa. The platform does not only receive data it can also send data. This creates functionalities such as the remote control of products.
